CHART in Tivoli 2025
For the 2025 edition of CHART in Tivoli, my contribution was centered on a strategic selection of works that utilize site-specific sculpture to force a physical negotiation between the viewer, the body, and the environment.
CHART in Tivoli 2025 took place from 28 August to 21 September and presented 15 unique contemporary art installations across Tivoli Gardens.

Strategic Selections:
Jenny Brockmann | Seat #12: I secured this seminal interactive sculpture to function as a social experiment. Balanced on a single axis, the work requires 12 participants to engage in a "sensed discourse" of coordination to reach equilibrium. It serves as a deliberate nod to Tivoli’s history as a site for technological and human fusion, echoing the early modern urbanism explored by Rem Koolhaas.
Sif Itona Westerberg | Kindred: I selected this work to explore the tension between our modern rational world and the "shadowy," subcultural sides of humanity, morphing classical imagery into a state of evolutionary transformation.
With Kindred (2024), Danish artist Sif Itona Westerberg explores the relationships between bodies, forms, and species. The sculpture balances between the familiar and the unfamiliar, depicting beings in a state of transformation. It radiates both strength and fragility, pointing to evolutionary and emotional connections.
Through reworking classical imagery and morphing it with a multitude of different styles and perspectives, Sif Itona Westerberg casts a light on the shadowy, subcultural and suppressed sides of humanity and our society, which in our modern rational world have been pushed aside or ignored.
Execution & Vision:
While on maternity leave during the planning phase, I maintained oversight for these specific acquisitions. Upon my return, I led the technical installation and public-facing execution for these works, including:
Authoring exhibition texts and facilitating the Press Day and VIP guided tours.
Digital Innovation:
Implementing the Digital Map and producing the Sound Guide to ensure these complex works were accessible and resonant for a broad audience.
